About us
Here you can learn more about the actual people behind the characters. Outside of the game, the members of The Dark Guards are a group of talented young people, sharing the same passion for all kinds of roleplay games, working in different fields, such as:
Together with their amazing circle of talented friends, they have united and established various creative organisations.
After 15 years of participation, and recently, organisation of LARP events, The Dark Guards skills have been developed enough for them to start offering some of their services to other players or organisations in the community with the idea to make the experience better for all players. The Dark Guard’s off-game activities include organisation of private LARP events, costume and armour crafting, scenography, choreography, content creation, narrative design, world and quest building, etc.
Notably, some founding members of the faction are also proud owners of „Yellow Madhouse“, a company successful in crowdfunding a Kickstarter campaign for their exceptional slavic folklore inspired D&D 5E adventure, „The Devil’s Bridge“, currently available for free on their website.
Last but not least, a great number of the group are founders or associates for Lore Nomads, a small and independent LARP organisation that focuses on delivering role play content from the STALKER-verse.
